399 Park Ave is a 41-story office building in Midtown Manhattan occupying a full block with access to the entire block through the lobby. Blue Owl Capital has fully customized the cellar of the building into a fitness center comprising of Circle Redmont ceilings and custom metal finishes throughout the space.
