399 Park Ave is a 41-story office building in Midtown Manhattan occupying a full block between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue with access to the entire block through the lobby. Blue Owl Capital acquired and renovated the office spaces on the 36^th , 37^th and 38^th floors to include custom glass partitions and custom metal work.
